When we were at BBG in 2004 there were very few cameras around and none in Nice Shoes. And thus we did not have our camera out except for the last day to take a few shots for memories but did not want to seem like a creeper lurking with a camera we did not take very many. I wish now that we had taken more as we do not have a very good representation of our time at BBG and none at the sexy pool.

Nobody wants to end up on Voyeurweb or some other website in various stages of dress without their knowledge or consent, including us. But we would like to take some pictures of us and our experience at TTR.

All that being said what is the norm for camera use now?

Do people notify others or ask permission if they are taking pictures at the sexy pool?

Boy after reading that thread, I am somewhat surprised. If we were to choose to do body shots I would not be cool at all with a bunch of cameras around. Sounds to me that there does need to be a hard camera policy. Could really put a damper on what happens with our group if there is a bunch of cameras around, But the flip side is if we did do some body shots we would want some pictures of it for ourselves.

Guess we will have to play it by ear and see if we feel comfortable to get crazy. That is the reason I was wondering I just think it would be proper to loudly announce you are taking some pictures before you take them, to make sure people that did not want their picture taken would have a choice, but if this is not the norm it could change things for us.

I think the real point is that if you take pictures, take them of your group. If you want to take pictures of others ask first. If you work it that way you'll be fine.

I would be more than happy to come down with your group.... watch as you do body shots and be your preferred camera taker guy :) just let me know? ...by the looks of your avatar there would most likely be the odd FLASH going off :)

Just have fun MOST people are pretty respectful but you will find the odd perv ....I found that if you say quite loudly "hey, why are you taking a picture of my wifes breasts"? they put the camera away pretty quick :)

Well common sense and courtesy answers this question - but, here is my story:

A few years ago, a friend called me one winter day and told me my wife had really great ta-ta's. I of course asked what the hell brought on this comment and he told me which biker magazine to go buy. Sure enough her flashing at a faraway bike rally made Easy Rider. She panicked - being from a small town, we tried buying that issue up at the sales places we could think of. Well a local person found a copy and it was the talk of the town for a couple weeks. I told her that she wasn't doing anything x-rated and the guys would love the pic and the only women that looked down on her were either jealous or funhaters. Over the next couple years she made 2 more biker magazines and I am proud of her. Anyway - its funny to look back at.
