8 weeks to go!! Wooo first time to temptations . I bit confused with what currecncy to bring. My travel agent tells me dollars are not accepted yet when she was there, Places still took them. Is it best to bring Dollars or Pesos?? or mixture?? Please help!! :uk1:
I'd just bring pesos since you are going to probably have to exchange money anyhow. A couple weeks ago, I took US$ without any problems anywhere I used them. There may be some places that don't take them but I used mainly for tipping, a few purchases here and there, the bus.
i always take dollars and have never had a problem anywhere. Ive used a credit card and haven't had a problem with that either.
