I have a silly question...last year we didn't do the booze cruise and I was wondering what we needed to bring with us for that day, clothes, towels, money, ID? Any info would help.
in general when we have done them in the past (5 times now ) we always have the following (a) cash to pay for the cruise (b) cash for shopping on the isle (c) cash for go carts (have done this 2 out of the 5 trips) (d) id (need these for renting the golf carts) (e) sunglasses (cheap ones as you tend to lose them) (f) towel? yes and no we did the first few times but more of a hassle than anything else (g) a water proof bag comes in handy and t and i always carried one for the camera and i used to put my smokes in there - but i have quit for some time now and dont need cigs any more
:cool014: Which booze cruise do u plan on going?? If it's Steve's..Then u can bring towel...Once at the island...U can going shopping or take the buggy tour of the island...Need money for shopping and buggy rental plus they have a beer stop during the buggy tour...LOL...Also some money to maybe tip the crew at end of booze cruise...Lunch is included on Steve's..Serigo's evening cruise..No towel needed..bring money if want to get into other clubs...Dinner in included in serigo's cruise...:biggrinbandit: But i can see Rob gave u the answer....LMAO!!! Hello T & Rob!!
I agree with all this . We do take a towel if just for sitting on . Wear a hat , the sun is intense . This goes for both of you . Take lots of sunscreen . (fish and reef friendly) They sell it where you pay for the cruise . Take water with you , it gets hot . Rob : congrats on quitting I quit 2 yrs. ago and Marie quit this past Sept.
We also took our own closed cup things cos the 1st time we went on the booze cruise I kept kicking mine and Les' over lol. Steve will be able to help you out on the name of the tablet that Janet gave me, felt a bit hungover/sea sick as I got on the boat- within 15 mins - all gone and felt brilliant would def buy some!
We were on the 28th cruise. Taking your own cup is a good idea but be sure it is one you dont mind losing just in case. Towel is key also as said above. I didnt feel sick until about 2 hours after the cruise. Not sure what to take for that (if there is anything) but it wasnt a too much alcohol sick (or maybe it was) but it was a new kind of sick to me as the room kept rocking left and right, back and forth. Made it very hard to party Sunday night
Sounds like you had the Tequilla rockin party blas :wuerg011: or it could be you didn't realize you were still partying:liebe039::liebe039::liebe039: either way sounds about normal for one of Steve's cruises .
definitely a towel..........to sit on. cheap sunglasses.......dropped mine in the sand and broke them. lotion wateproof bag if on a catermaran (not sure if i spelt that right) don't wear a thong cause the boat gets rough on the ass even sitting on a towel. a party attitude and gravel for all those that get sick. camera and a hat.
