The problem is when we moved to the new system all PM's from the old system got imported regardless of if they had already been deleted before. There is a checkbox next to each pm (or a checkbox to select all), and then at the bottom of the page there is a drop down menu from where you should be able to delete them. Is that what you've tried? You can always send me the info via regular email if you like.
