Seems like a pretty good deal. I compared to other Travel sites and this one is cheaper. Flights for that time frame are not available yet though from what I saw single dude price for the week with an estimated non stop flight from Chicago looks to be about 2200 which is less than what I was expecting. How many rooms do you have blocked off and is there a date you need them all booked? Special guest? is it someone from the Boobs Cruise crew?
:icon_eek:Mmnnmmn. Maybe. We have 40 rooms. Can always get more also. The $200 down ends in July, after that it will be 20% No set end date. But I did shop around to try to get the best possible rate for us. As well as A reputable agency to make all this possible. Hedo always has little perks to make a group feel special. And was told Kevin, the GM, is very excited to have our group. He is looking forward to hosting the Temptation refugees.
I hope you are aware of some of the new rules Hedo has just implemented in regards to group trips booked via travel agents Such as Earlier payment dates – final payments to Hedo for group rooms will now be due 120 before groups travel which means you will have to either reserve and pay for your room earlier or pay as much as 16% more for your room. Less room availability – Hedonism II is limiting the TAs ability to add room to their contract, which will limit the group members ability to book once the TAs contract inventory is sold. Less Exclusive Events – Hedonism does not want groups to put on group exclusive events as happened in the past, such as: Pub Crawls, Private Play Rooms w. Sybian, Pool Parties, Game Shows, etc.
Thanks for the heads up coke w/lime. Funny Kevin said nothing about that stuff, and I asked about the pool party already too and they just had a bunch of that stuff last week with mocha fest. We're having a pub crawl and pool parties.
