Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a hotel/resort and dive centre in Cozumel? Thank you!
We stayed at the Windham Sabor when we were there. If you are looking for a place that is laid back and a bit out of town it is a great place to stay at. If you are looking to party and be closer to town...not so much.
Ditto to what wings said. Also, barter with taxis to and from hotel and you can get pretty reasonable prices. Diving depends on what you're looking for. Cozumel is a very popular dive destination. Bigger ops are Eagle Ray, Aldora, and Deep Blue. Smaller ops are Pepes, Dive with Martin, Scuba Tony, and Dive with Alison. Heard good about them all. There's lots more, try googling. I see some of the Cancun dive ops also go to Cozumel, that may be a possibility. I told Alison 6-7 things I wanted to see in Cozumel and she made everything possible in 8 dives. Check out her online dive log to get an idea of Cozumel diving.
