We typically dont get heavy into the theme nights but want to get out of our comfort zone a little bit. We arrive in a few weeks and want to know where everyone gets their costumes/cosplay from that would be realatively inexpensive since it will be for TTR only??? Thanks in advance for the help
Sellers on eBay who ship from China are usually significantly cheaper than US sellers on the same items, and will ship to Canada, which many US sellers will not do. Perhaps not politically-correct for my American friends to buy directly from China right now, but ultimately all the stuff is made there. Watch the Chinese sizing...it runs 1-2 sizes smaller than US sizing. I buy most of Sean's theme stuff on eBay. Sometimes I roam around on Amazon.com to look for ideas, and then buy on eBay, where the same item is cheaper 90% of the time. I have also found great deals on Walmart.com, but I find their search function does not work well, so it is hard to narrow your search. Sign up for Rakuten.com to get an extra few % off many online stores. Sometimes Rakuten has 5% cash back for Walmart. I like Yandy for my themewear, but otherwise buy my theme gear on eBay. There is a ton of Victoria's Secret lingerie on eBay that was overstock or customer returns (online retailers don't restock returns...they send them to resellers). HotMiamiStyles.com has some great neon dresses at the moment for Glow Night and their stuff is pretty good quality for the price.
Check out the mission boutique. It's a local shop in Cleveland, they have reasonable prices and an ebay shop.
