Donald, I agree with you. I'm in that group who wants to know precisely when the construction is going to start, and when it's over, so I can start booking again! Booyah! I would ask Steve to make the construction update a Sticky thread, but that really isn't in his financial interest, I get it, so I won't. Still, can't blame them (people who don't know how to use the search function of the board, hell I didn't until this year) for asking in different/new threads.... Since they are doing the strange, fully-functional "showrooms" on the one building, sans elevator (???) I expect them to piecemeal it out over a year or so as the financing is developed, spent, grown again and spent again. Good business model, less good for my party plans. Anyone up for a Mid-summer get together at/in my backyard? I've got a topless optional (sometimes clothing optional after the shots roll out) pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen and bar complete with full kitchen appliances etc.... it's an already-tested (Ask IvanandSharon and HumperandWoody) drunkenly, naked provoking TTR-like party-plaza WITH WI-FI around the pool! Whowouldathunksucha thing...
