we booked through Apple vacations. If you don't get a response back in the next day or so contact them by phone. Maru is the customer service rep at the GP.
Hope I didn't screw up.......I called the phone number on the reservation request. I talked with someone , but it wasn't at the hotel, the email address was vacationstoremiami.com. I checked the number on the GP website...same number. I'm confused. I am suppose to get a comfirmation email in the next hour and a voucher next week. Does that sound right?
After more research, this company buys the domains that look like the hotel. So you think you are dealing straight with the hotel and you are actually dealing with these guys. The only complain I have read is the no refund policy. I put it on my credit card so I think I can dispute the charges if needed. Anyone else use vacation store Miami?
