    Hey Folks

    Just got back from TTR on Thursday.And had a great time.

    As we checked out they gave us a comment card to fill out.
    Jo and I were so busy getting ready to get going we forgot half the the stuff we wanted to say about the resort.

    So while on the plane home we thought that the comment card should be handed out as you check in.That way the management would have a completed version instead of a rushed trying to get your flight version.

    So when you check in ask for your comment card then, so you can take your time and fill in all the positive and negative stuff while you are there.

    Great idea, but then some of us would need a book , not a card.

    I they're hoping that by the time you check out, anything you have to complain about will have already been fixed. Thinking about it, our last trip we didn't get a comment card to fill out. Hadn't thought about it until now.

    When you fill out your comment card, be sure to write in big bold letters

    "BRING BACK CHINO'S"

    Stacia usually takes the 15 minutes we're down waiting on the ransfer to leave to write out who was particualry awesome that trip, with generally-applicable applause for all. Saves time, I think.

    Just be sure to remember your favorite employee's name at Temptation and write their name down in the appropriate section when you check out, it really helps them out on an individual level. For example, we singled out Oscar last trip for being the best Paty'O bartender.

    I agree call out a great employee by name don't just focus on the negatives.

    I don't know what difference it makes other than keeping their job...but definitely take the time to say good things about the staff that were good to you. I know I've had a couple discussions with staff and they seem extra appreciative if you give positive feedback about them.

    In my hotel if you get singled out on a comment card you get rewarded with a bottle of wine or something, it's different everywhere I guess but they do take note of everything written in them!

    Hey Neil, this is a great idea. We had a fantastic trip, but I can't count the times we found ourselves thinking of a simple little touch the resort could do to just to take things up one little notch. I think we remembered one or two on the comment cards, like take music requests, add cubbies so everyone doesn't need a chair, etc.
