I actually received an email from TTR thanking me for my comments that I had left as I left. Kind of a reminder that it is very important to fill those cards out as you leave. One of the best ways to ask for a return of the sexually-charged games of the past, offer positive comments toward specific employees, and to give your opinion on the camera issue.
Janice and I always fill out the comment cards when we check out...never have enough room on them to completely compliment all the specific staff. We are honest in our opinions, good and bad, and not bitchy or whiny if we have something negative to say. But definitely, the positive comments far outway any (if) negative ones. Constructive comments can only improve our stays at TTR, so I hope everyone takes the time to fill the cards out and give credit where it is due and conversely, mention things that could use improvement. Lori and I always fill out the comment cards. We are very honest too. You have to make sure any one who sticks out gets good comments. Last year we had some problems with one of the managers. We definately made comments about that.
Same here we always fill them out too. My only complaint was about some Canadian guy who wore lots of weird outfits!!
Gotta watch those damn Canadians...they can be wierd, especially when they are paired up with a snail
I believe it was the comment cards that changed TTR to what it is today. While we were enjoying it and taking it for granted others were complaining.
I've got to agree with you. Those that come to TTR with no prior knowledge about it, are the ones that will complain the loudest. We like it for what it used to be, not what it has become. Marsh
