I thought I read somewhere that there was a coffee pot in the room. if so, I am bringing my own coffee, do I need filters and what type. Also is there an iron in the room. Thx, Brad
There was a coffee maker in our room in April, but none this time. We went to the front desk to ask for one, and they never brought it.... So, not sure if they took all the coffee makers away? There is an iron in the room though. Hope you have a great trip! Frances
we had a coffee maker in our room just a couple weeks ago so they do still have them. We did not use ours so I am not sure about the coffee filters. it is a small 4 or 6 cup maker if I remember correctly.
If your room doesnt have one you can get one, and ive brought down regular size filters if need be, just have to fold them if you get the small filter one or the triangle shaped one
I bring regular round paper basket types.And if you like your coffee sweet,don't forget to bring sweetener.Last year I brought a ton of Equal and Sweet&Low.
Their coffee is seriously shit, and I am not kidding - worst coffee ever! Bring your own. I didn't, then tried to buy Rockstar drinks instead - they don't sell those anywhere in Cancun :-( It is a very small coffee maker in the room, and I think the normal flat bottom filters would work fine (not the cone type). You might make some new friends if you bring good coffee and announce it to people who are gagging on the coffee at breakfast
