Hi everyone, It is our first trip to Temptations in November and we are very excited! I see there are some theme nights for the dates we are there (18-27th) and of course we'd like to participate (well one of us for sure, the other will be along for the ride ). I was curious what the theme nights are like? There is nothing worse than being the person who didn't get the memo and is either under/over dressed or took the theme the wrong way. What is too little? What is too much? Being a female it is probably easier to go with themes, but what do the men usually wear? If not participating, what would a typical night outfit be at Temptations? More on the sexy/dressy side I presume? And ladies, I will welcome ANY suggestions on where you purchase most of your attire for theme nights, bathing suits etc. Have to get my online shop on now so it arrives before our trip. Thanks everyone.
take a look here Sexy Sinaholics November for the Themes and see what they say. I know sometimes the CCC forum themes are different than the TTR ones. Since you have time try wish ebay or rosegal*(This is where I got mine from)* they do come from china so it takes time. I do think females reallllllly participate on most and men chime in as well. Good luck and WELCOME we will see you guys again next year!
Yandy is another great site for clothes! Hubby usually ends up in theme coloured trunk style boxer briefs. Welcome to the addiction! Nikki
I am planning on all in on the themes for September 5 (Heaven and Hell) and September 6 (lingerie Night). Why not? At the minimum, it might spark interesting conversation. At the most, I might get sent back to my room to change. LOL.
It's pretty hard to get sent back, but who knows moving forward. One year I had boxers and small tank top, and someone took my tank top and threw it on the roof and said it was too much for lingerie night. Last year a had on tight briefs and a batman tuxedo shirt for lingerie. For the casino part in Nice Shoes they made me take off the shirt to get in. (even though i thought it was funnier with the shirt on) After many trips, I used to go a bit more elaborate (human ball pit for ABC night once), but now I learned to just simplify with boxer briefs and some coordinated shirt. It's so much easier to get dressed and get back out when the outfit doesn't require much work, but you still kind of did something. One year, I had tiny red gym shorts, a old school looking coach shirt, red white and blue headband and wrist bands, high socks, and a whistle. That was a great one as Kevin and I went around standing on tables blowing the whistle and getting people to do jager shots from the bottle. So funny, and I don't even know what the theme was, just surprised and happy I didn't fall off one of them high tables full face plant.
Put on something that you wouldn't dare wear in public. When you get there, you will probably be only moderately daring. I have worn as little as a g string and pasties. That's not the norm, but I didnt feel out of place, at least after midnight.
We will be there the same time you guys are in November, our 3rd time. As a guy anything you wear will be fine, it's more about the lovely ladies. At Patty O's as long as you have your junk covered you would be asked to change. I have worn boxer briefs to go with the theme a few times, gone very casual a few times and have dress up other nights. Whatever you wear you won't feel out of place. Something funny, naughty or both is always a good conversation starter for men. Make sure to look for a big bald guy with a hot blonde and say hello.
We will be there the same time as you as well. I (male) try to wear something to match the theme each night. The wife is great at dressing up for most nights as well. You can click on my profile and see a few pictures of different theme nights. It seemed like we were always one of the first ones at PatyO each night and then we sit/stand there and feel a bit awkward until others join or we have a few drinks and others join. For most nights I would say people dress more on the sexy side compared to the dressy side. Think of slutty Halloween costumes and most nights are like that for each theme (for people who participate). If you aren't participating then wear whatever you would like - Nobody knows you and nobody gives a shit.
