We are new to forum and first trip to Temptations 10/12-10/16. Have a few questions which I couldn't find answers to after going through several page of forums.

We wondered about the temperature. Wife is from Manila and easily gets cold. We have mostly been a cruises and her complaint is she's always freezing in skimpy outfits with their AC. What is likely outside temp, temp in restaurants and temp during Bash at night?

I'm still a bit confused on usual dress (other than next to nothing at the pool). Are most at restaurant dressing skimpy, or just casual?

Wife is one the those at 5' barely standing in pool. I see that floats are allowed and recommended. seems like there would be enough that pool would be awash in floats.

Hmmm That's a good one! We find it pretty warm but we're Canadians  I would say the cruise ships have colder A/C than any restaurant at TTR. Short of getting a bit of rain it always seems hot to us. Bash is outside but pretty sheltered and if she gets cold get her up dancing. Restaurants are skimpy, casual and dressed up LOL Most women will change after dinner before going to Bash but the restaurants are very good and deserve some nice outfits (just my opinion). Last but not least there are lots of areas in the pool that are not as deep and we have always seen floaties around just ask one of the Ent staff! :D

We were there late October last year and it was actually chilly at times, in fact the final day we didn't even get into the pool. As far as floaties, there is plenty of room for small floaties. The pool is enormous and you will make friends and share floaties too. I would absolutely be prepared for a chill though, especially if she gets cold easily.

Layers can always be removed and added as needed.

    1. Thanks. I've been seeing more posts on the chilly pool and think it best to try for float that keeps her out of the water. The other advantage to floats is that we'd have a space without worrying about early dibs on chairs.

It can vary from week to week, but we were there the second week of October last year. The pool was comfortable during the day, but you may need to chase the sun in the afternoon. The Boobs Cruise was hot until we got wet snorkeling and then it was comfortable. Bash was hot and humid at night and it did storm a couple of nights, but it is the end of hurricane season. The only place that seemed cold was the lobby bar. We are from Arizona and left 100 degree weather and really didn't have a problem. So, I think your wife will be pleasantly surprised by the weather.

Upper 80's daytime highs and lower 70's in the evening. Perfect

My wife always brings a shawl or wrap as she gets cold easily as well, but it's usually no problem for her and we go every October

The best thing about pool floats, it keeps the BOOBIES up where they belong above water level.:D
As far as wife being cold that's my job to get her back up to the proper temperature if that happens.
