    I don't know the going rate, haven't bought them for a couple of years now, but Duty Free as you are waiting to pick up your bags in Cancun will probably be your best price.

    A carton at the convenience store was $30...at walmart $25...per pack at the gift store $4-5....which for us here in Alberta is cheap...we pay $75-90 per carton here...or $9-11 per pack....

    We picked them up at the big yellow souvenir shop for $25-30 a carton,depending on what kind you smoke.
