hello lovely people, we are heading out for our first time at TTR on MONDAY (sorry, only slightly excited!) - we are very keen to do a trip to Chichen Itza but don't want to hire our own vehicle or spend all day at tourist traps swatting away genuine "made in China" mexican artefacts or eating at specially chosen hotels. Ideally we'd love to rent a couple of Harleys and bomb down there but Steve's recent advisory on another post has put that one in the "don't be ridiculous" file. We are out there from 14th to 28th May, Boobs cruising on 16th and 20th (of course) and Deb is dolphin swimming on one day. We are wondering if any couple out there fancies making up a foursome to share the cost of a private tour to the ruins (I think it works out at about $90 each or thereabouts from the CCC website). I am reasonably house trained, I don't pick my nose in public and I know how to use deodorant, I have been known to have the odd rolled up ciggie although never in the car and I do have the added bonus of bringing my rather lovely wife with me everywhere I go!! (feels like a crap lonely hearts add! - Male 45, slightly under height for weight and Female 32 (OK, 42 but don't tell her I told you!) boobylicious, looking for a couple MF / MM or FF, who are happy and chilled to join them on trip to CI) If anyone has any interest please let me know or grab me when I am by the pool next week.
