The girl asks are you into the lifestyle? I felt we should have answered YES - (we were like No but we are willing to try) maybe they would have offered a Desire stay. Just curious what questions were asked and what you got etc. We put down the 20 and wifey overslept morning 1, and morning 2 (until 1PM) morning 3 was a Boobs Cruise... morning 4 we left (4 night stay) Kind of wanted to see what they offered as they said it was not a ti,e shar thing.... Gave us our 20 back no questions asked though. Seemed like they were trying something new, mentioning their new sister resorts.
they do make their pitch during the tour, so it is a timeshare spiel (well depending on how you define timeshare) either way they want you to spend money. So it's really up to you if you feel you can spend a couple hours learning about the resort (and chain) and are willing to see what they may have to offer, or not.
Reception asked if you are in the lifestyle? Really? Sounds very unprofessional to me! Never happened to us all the times we've been, and if it ever did I'd tell them to mind their own! :daisy:
The wife liked that they said they owned some aquapark resort close by and that they would watch the kids while we spent the day at TTR. They also asked who we booked though in past (skoosh, alpha, and OLOtels). I wasn't sure if they were doing something different. She did mention some type of new ownership.
We got the same questions in early October. We did the full presentation since we were on a referral. 100% sure they asked those questions to help them in their sales pitch. All about getting to know their customer better so they present the deal in the most favorable light possible so you buy in.
They were prolly promoting swingers month in January as the rep mentioned it to us: Swingers Month - International Swingers Month 2014
same thing in May. They say its not a timeshare Ask for a refundable 20. they give you gifts and take you to breakfast in the morning. But it is a timeshare wasted a few hours on day 2. would need to win the lottery to afford to buy a timeshare. They would finance the purchase but no Thank you have enough debt to worry about.
