Changing Resorts from Los Cabo to Cancun

    We are booked at TTR Cabo for 2 weeks in April and after reading and speaking with a few that have just returned we want to change our reservations to TTR Cancun.. does anyone have any experience in making this change? any info would be appreciated... so far we cant even get a return email from the resorts..
