Anyone with Celiac disease that has been to Temptation Resort? Were you able to eat without problems?
My wife isnt celiac but she does have a wheat/dairy allergy . She takes her own rice pasta and the chefs were more than willing to cook it up and make suitable dishes for her with chicken, coconut milk etc . The manager in the buffet area was a great help in giving details about what was in the food available to avoid her being sick from the food . She kept the leftover pasta in the room fridge for adding to salads etc .
They had gluten free bread available for breakfast . They always ask for allergies when sitting you down in restaurants,, but failed 3 out of 4 times too follow through , so take there asking with a grain of salt . At the buffet they cook everything on one grill ,, flipping raw Calamari , then my chicken with the same thongs ,, mentioning for those with seafood allergies . eating healthy was a challenge this time compared to others , ie,, chicken burgers are know deep fried . by hitting 2 places one can manage
