Question, just a hypothetical question(wink,wink) if someone enjoyed to relax with some CBD products, would said CBD products be acceptable to pack for a vacation to TTR, or would one have to purchase CBD while vacationing in the Cancun area??? This is a total hypothetical question...
If there is any doubt about the legality of something, hypothetically speaking; its a poor idea to risk carrying it or purchasing it in a foreign country. The jam one could find themselves in, would be anything but hypothetical lol.
And to add to that, carrying anything through said customs could transform the jam to a full blown fucking.

Do some research. It's legal in the US and Mexico. Even on a plane. Just can't have THC in it. They flipping sell it at my kroger grocery store.

Temptation is a drug free resort, when you register you acknowledge that. Including THC. So that being said ... THC/cocaine/MDMA is consumed there (like all resorts in Mexico), but not openly. I saw a guest (big shot doctor from Brazil) thrown out a couple years ago because he thought he was above the rules and was walking around smoking weed in a glass pipe. He was pretty arrogant about it and wanted to argue with security.
Pretty sure we saw CBD vape refills in what K calls "the Vice Vending Machine" tucked away in a corner of the TTR lobby on our trip in October. Other items for sale in said vending machine included condoms and Viagra, not to mention the pipes for sale the logo shop If you hang out on the beach, there will inevitably be some guy with a backpack who wanders around, offering you his goods and wares. The most memorable one that approached K was "Hector the Connector".
Jan. 2023 trip update: Upon closer examination of the Vice Vending Machine, the vape refills available are only nicotine.
