Hi, So we're due to arrive at TTR on Sept. 10 for our first trip. Some CCC members have already been cool enough to reach out and break the ice via this forum so I want to make sure we can find the fun crowd and find it fast. I assume it won't be terribly hard to find the party, but it could get awkward if we're constantly asking people whether they're CCC members or not, LOL. My question is how many of you actually wear the CCC bands and whether you think it's important as a first-timer for me to order a pair (hoping they'll arrive on time of course).
You will stand a better chance that other CCC members will notice you and it's a good ice breaker if you have the orange bands. I think you should go ahead and order them. BUT, if you don't get them in time, I guarantee there are other CCC members that will have extras. If you do a Boobs Cruise you'll get one there as well. You can always buy any cheapo orange band to hold you over 'til you get one. We arrive same day, on the 10th. See ya there
All set. If the following is generally accurate, they should arrive by next Friday: "Thanks for your order. Orders are shipped every Saturday and Monday and will arrive at US addresses around 3- 4 days later. International orders will take longer."
You will also get a bracelet if you go on a Boobs Cruise (highlyrecommended).although Ihave worn the bracelets before, I have to admit I never recall seeing or noticing bracelets on or noton others(too much alcohol and too many distractions). You will find that either way you will still be asking people what their CCC name is as the little thumbnail pics just arent enough to recognize drunks in pool with sunglasses and a hat. Its never awkward, use it to break the ice and make new friends!
Hey going around asking people if they are members of CCC is a good way to meet a lot of people, get them to join they party the more people the the bigger the party. Once you meet one they will take you around to meet the rest.
Not for nothing but once you are there...EVERYBODY is a member.....all the same common goal ....have fun!
Don't forget some people have the orange bubba mugs too. So if you see a group of people standing around and they are all holding bright orange mugs, it's pretty safe to assume they are CCC members. You should just go over to them with a round of shots!
Some good advice in this thread. Major takeaways: (1) shots win; (2) talk to everyone (that doesn't look pissy or bitchy); (3) you all rock; and (4) shots win again.
