I am heading down to cancun dec 10-14. It is showing 60 percent of rain everyday I'm there. Will it really rain that much?
No. It is cool though in the early mornings, like high 50's. Long sleeves and a light jacket some nights. From late morning till late afternoon it is beach, lay out in the sun weather. A golfer's delight too as to weather.
The forecast has gotten better. Im going on Dec 9-12 and the rain is at 30% chance now on the 10th, 11th. 12th is at 40% chance. Usually it may rain for a little while, but not for the entire day
Todays forecast said 60%. And all we got was a sky full of hot sun. Don't waste your energy looking. Weather changes whenever Mother Nature feels.

What's the water temperature in January like? I was in Akumal a few years ago and the water seemed cold compared to June and September....
What is the weather like in early April? We have been to Cancun 7 times but always in June or July. I assume it is SUNNY and WARM:wink3:
We were there in April last year and going again this year in April. It was sunny and hot every day we were there..the nights were beautiful as well.
