Cancun Palace reopening postponed

Big surprise!! From their website:
"December 12, 2006

Cancun Palace

Due to unexpected delays, the opening date for the Cancun Palace has been postponed until January 14, 2007. "

WOW now thats what I wanted to see . Nothing but the truth any chance of getting any pics from the beach side? Looks like its going to be nice when they get done .

 

So what about the Sun Palace? I read a review on tripadvisor. Sounds like it is family friendly now instead of adult only? Any new info from anyone? I visit mid January. Can post a report when I return.

The sun palace will be a couples only resort when they re-open - whenever that may be.

 

it does look like its going to look sharp when it is completed though.

 

Did they remove the mini golf from the parking lot?

 

I remember the mini golf course was in need of some help last ime I was there anyway. I cant wait to see what it looks like when its all completely done.
Dont know if I will stay there again, but would like to see it.
