Hubby wants Cancun, but I vote for the Hot tub err I mean Los Cabos. From reading the posts I would say we sway/ing somewhere in between the Party animals and the party poopers. Can you break the tie? If you have been to both Temptation resorts can you share what you liked best about each one and which would you choose again? Thanks in advance for voting!
I have been to Cabo 3 times and Cancun twice.... Easy decision... Cancun hands down. Unless you like to fish there isnt much to do in Cabo... The water is not warm and not clear and clean. The beaches are far nicer in Cancun.... Cabo is a fishing town.
After 7 trips to Temptation/Desire Cabo, we are trying Temptation Cancun in a few weeks. From my research, Cabo has a big advantage if you enjoy a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi in Cabo is large and a nightly gathering place. We are going to miss that. Also, Cabo does not require any restaurant reservations, I hear Cancun can have long waiting times to make a reservation. Cabo is a smaller resort, which is nice. To tell you the truth, the main reason we are trying Cancun is because of Chinos, his entertainment value is priceless.
ditto on cabo. went on a company trip didnt like, water, beach, or nite time activites that were available. jamie didnt like the fact that her and her girlfriend couldnt even go to the bathrooms at the bars without all the "fisherman" harrasing her. (i assume fisherman cause they were groups of guys that all seemed to be there together and from the US) we literally had to walk the girls to the bathroom everytime. we actually won another work trip and passd on it. just our opinion oh and jamie wanted to add about when we and another couple with both girls wearing wedding rings that guy after guy would walk up to our table while we were having dinner and ask the girls to dance (sometimes from the same group of guys) and they were pushy, polite but very pushy. this happened several times at several bars. Been to Cancun 8 times and Cabos only once. Cabos was nice but after being in Cancun bar service, people, and entertainment could not even begin to measure up to Cancun. We did enjoy the jacuzzi every night and we enjoyed dancing in cabos too but I still would pick Cancun over Cabos. Just our favorite place.
