Anyone else have trouble getting someone at Premier to actually answer the phone. I have been calling for a week now to pay for an upcoming reservation with no luck. Not having someone to take $$ from a customer sounds like a horrible business strategy.
I finally got thru and spoke with a human. Still haven't gotten confirmation email. Lol This sale really made the office crazy. I definitely don't think they were prepared for this at all
