    I am seriously considering moving to Canada and have set the enquiry ball rolling...

    Vancouver or Toronto are my 2 preferred locations;

    So I would really love to hear some advice about life in Canada

    - Living Costs
    - Job Opportunities in these areas (I work in the IT Implementation field)
    - Any other things you can think of

    I'm sure there's a billion more questions i'll need to ask but start with this :D

    Thanks

    Yeah man I just really despise this place.. it sounds like a poor reason to move but i dont want my life to be defined by this chav filled hole of a society

    And I think my life would be so better in another country and Canada really appeals

    well common over Canada is a great place :cool:

    Not sure on the advice on where to live... i've only ever been to toronto once and never been out west to Vancouver, although i hear its absolutely beautiful.
    I'm on the East Coast and my province is really tiny... if you like the 'slower' pace its ok... but im guessing you'd probably rather a busy city with more oppertunities.

    Montreal is also a very cool place. Totally bilingual. Excellent nightlife. Lots of hot french women. Waste might be able to enlighten you on the job market. He is in Montreal and moving to Toronto I believe. Lots of great skiing less than an hour north. 6 hours south and you are in New York City. Very clean and safe city. Great food.

    yeah nice - ok well cost of living is ALOT lower than in london, but its all comparable with the salaries.

    I went to montreal about 10 years ago on a skiing holiday, very nice place.

    Wouldnt it be an idea to actually go and visit the places your thinking of moving too first though, afterall, you could do all the research online, pay the fee's , pass the selection process up sticks and move to find that you have something like whdream living next door to you........ :shock: :shock: :shock:

    Ian :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
