I am hearing that we no longer have butler service in master suite. Can anyone tell me if this is true? We arrive in June and this was on our paperwork
Everyone in the tower is supposed to get Butler service. And I would think the master suite 1000% would have one.
People are talking about Referrals and the mysteries/problems surrounding them (and what impact that has on discounts and butlers). It's really starting to muddy the water for a lot of things. Temptation management and the Premier office really need to get on top of clearing the air, squashing some of these rumors, and getting their messages consistent.
We had butler service in the master suite during our recent stay Apr 27 - May 1st. Would be surprised to hear that they've stopped offering the service if true.
Yeah I highly doubt they would stop butler service for the master. We didn’t have it in the lush suite. But the master is an entire different level and people who had master in early April still had it.
Exactly right. Tower advertising no longer includes butler service however for Penthouse and Oceanfront Master bookings it would be a surprise to pull butlers from those rooms. Those rooms in particular are the special experience they are selling. Will see what others are saying as they stay & play.
Agree. Premier need to put out some kind of communique one way or another. Though, I very much doubt they'd take the butler service away from the Master Suites for any kind of bookings. I keep being asked about referral changes, and I dont know the answer. I'm certainly not going to take the word of random people on Facebook, who probably heard from other people on Facebook. If Referrals do end up getting less benefits than before, you can blame it on those greedy 'turkeys who voted for Christmas' by charging $250 for their referral and telling their people they can ignore the presentation.
I said this nicely a few times leading up to all this. Basically became a "I told you so" type of thing. I like being right, but could have done without this one.
