Yes wife and I considering sens in June. We have allways heard that u could be bumped even at TTR which is where we normally go. It has never happened. I mean what's the chances for us to spend the money for topless fun and get moved somewhere u don't want. That would suck
It happened to us in Feb for the SECOND TIME even AFTER I called the hotel and where we booked 48 hours prior. The only thing they dp is gove you a paper to schedule a free week stay. Best of luck to you guys.
Contact them via Facebook, if you have a Facebook account. They seem to be very responsive, and you have something in writing.
We were bumped first week of February. We had booked three rooms and confirmed directly with the hotel via email. Upon arrival we were informed they had no rooms for us and the Oasis Palm ..... number one family resort in Cancun ..... would be happy to welcome us! We ended up with VIP bands at the Pyramid Oasis and a free week to use within a year for all three of us. NOT what we had wanted for your vacation, but made the best of it and loved our week and the Pyramid (Oasis Grand Cancun). We were bumped along with at least 12 other couples to arrive that day. They chronically overbook the Sens knowing full well they will just send you to another one of their resorts. BUYER BEWARE!
