So I've read a few things on here about bringing in outside alcohol and I was wondering if there were any recommendations on where to stop on the way in from the airport. Somewhere that maybe has a drinkable bottle of bubbly and some good beers and liquors. Thanks so much!
Not sure the name of it but theres a nice liquor store across the parking lot from WalMart with decent prices. The liquor stores by TTR have tourist prices so be prepared to be bent over
We are flying thru Atlanta , and was wondering if Fireball is sold at the duty free stores in that airport ? We fly United thru Chicago O'Hare airport, and they do not have the Fireball brand in their duty free stores ....which is very disappointing
There's a duty free liquor store in the Cancun airport immediately after you get through immigration. Pretty good selection... pretty decent prices.
We keep forgetting about this duty free shop. We tend to zip right past it in order to get to TTR as quickly as we can. Sent from my GT-P3113 using Tapatalk
Does the bar at TTR have Jager meister ( I doubt it but figured I would ask ) ... or am I on my own in finding some lol
As for beer, I found this online, and will be stopping by in November... THE BEER BOX | GRANDES CERVEZAS DEL MUNDO
The easy answer is no, it is not included. However, they do sometimes have Jägermeister. I have actually seen a bottle on display at the sexy pool regular bar. It is up there with the Patron, which is also not included. So I assume they would charge your room per drink if you asked for some, and I assume it would be expensive. Out of 3 trips, I have only seen it as an option on the last trip in May. The store across the street does carry it, but it is about $38USD for a 750ml bottle. The small duty free at the airport arrival terminal doesn't carry it either. Your best bet it to pack a bottle or two in your checked bag. I believe the limit is (3) 1 liter bottles per checked bag. Then I give it to one of the bartenders at the sexy pool bar with my tip for the day. He will normally tell the other bartenders and point you out. Then they just refer to me a Jager Steve the rest of the day. I put my bottle in a special jägermeister coozie to ensure it doesn't get mixed up. And at the end of the day I ask for it back, and the bottle is typically empty and we all get a good laugh when they remove the coozie to see what damage I did to it. This is a coozie. I have several in various colors and styles. I have no idea where they come from those. Jager merchandise just seems to find it's way to my house
That is a man who loves his Jager ... I usually like to have it on hand as an ice breaker when meeting people
