Booze and Smokes....

Arriving to TTR Feb 22-29th and had a quick question...Wheres the best and cheapest spot to purchase cigs and Jagemeister before we get dropped off at TTR?? Ive heard at the airport but can you buy stuff at the Duty Free store when you arrive ?( for some reason I thought you could only buy stuff when you leave) On vacation I smoke like a chimney and drink like a college kid so the cheaper the better..Thanks for your help

 

We will be buying our stuff at the airport and they give it to you right before you get on the plane.

 

The easiest would be to just buy the stuff when you land at the airport. They sell the extra big cartons of smokes and every kind of liquor. You can absolutely buy from the duty free when you land in Cancun.

 

The departing international airport will grant you access to duty free. Just show them your boarding passes and you will get whatever you bought right before you get on the plane. Duty free cigarettes taste a lil funny but are cheap. And better any day than paying $10+ a pack. The booze is short $$ too..

Just get them at duty free right after customs. Cigs are cheap there for the 3 cartoon pack.

Marlboro and Marlboro Lights come in the big 3-carton packs I know for sure.
