As we all know booking your TTR vacation can be a problem sometimes with Premier. This year however was a breeze. Here's how it unfolded & hopefully it will help some of you plan your trip. Remember though every contract is different so your experience may differ. Last year I received an email from Premier with updated email addresses & Phone numbers. After an email got no response, I called the reservation # 1-877 464-8641. In less than 5 min I had my trip booked. The guy even spoke English!!:icon_mrgreen: Just make sure you have your contract number handy. We used one of our free weeks obtained in our upgrade. Surprisingly no hassles with that. Called RCI to book airfare for our trip. Other than waiting for 15 min to talk to a rep, this went smoothly also. 2 round trip tickets from Chicago - Cancun were 90,000 points plus a $49 fee per ticket. Total - $98 There was talk about limiting airfare last year but we didn't see it on this booking. We even got lucky on our transfer. Our friends from Minnesota arrive in Cancun at about the same time so we can share the ride to the hotel with them. Yes we use USA Transfers. Hopefully this helps some of you planning your trip :icon_biggrin: THIS IS HOW THIS DAMN VACATION CLUB IS SUPPOSED TO WORK
Great to hear. i just signed up for premier... they made the first booking difficult (didnt have my plan right) but when i said the price wasnt right, they went in, corrected it, and assured me it would be correct in the future.
I had the same thing, my trip was booked with premier and I had my USA transfer all set up in a total of 20 mins.
They have so many different types of plans, it has to be almost unmanagable. I think, currently, this is likely the root of their problems. Note:* I said "currently" because certainly some things had been done to members in even the recent past, that IMO were not above board.
We just booked our 2nd trip to TTR with no problems with the Premier site. We will be there from Sept. 23rd to 30th. We hear the new premier area is ready to use, anyone have any pics of it? Hope its a real Hot tub. We look foward to making good use of it!
