Has anyone booked both hotel and airfare through the hotel before? We're just pricing out options and they are competitive. If yes, did you have any problems with itinerary? Thanks.
Everytime we tried that option the resort was double what we found online, althought the resort tries to say the opposite. Mind you we are in Canada, we use selloffvacations.com, redtag.ca, itravel2000.ca to compare prices and a few others, they all are the exact same price for the days we look at. Example our trip is average $145 / night and the hotel email us back saying their "Deal" was $312 / night. We spent just under $850.00 Cdn each for a week at the end of Jan 2012, we just rebook to go back end Feb 24 to March 2 and paid $1111.16 Each which both prices are Trip All Inclusive, Taxes, & Basic Medical coverage.
we have used both the hotels travel as well as outside. Depends which 1 is cheapest. Right now Expedia.ca is the cheapest i can find and they will get you a flight from anywhere in canada or us
We booked through TTR this time and it was great. A few bucks cheaper than Expedia and WAY cheaper than everywhere else including redtag.ca, selloffvacations.com, etc. The best part was we were able to select from many available flights and were very glad we went with US Airways -- every flight was early and overall they were all perfect. FYI, the resort one is booked through "WWTE" which is the underlying engine/company behind Expedia.
we have always booked with the resort....never had any problems! we always book for ten days and they seem to be the best.....its about 2300 for both taxes in! tues or wed always seem to be the best price...just have to check prices for different days...it is so up and down depending on the day!
I did last year, no issues and at the time it was cheaper. This year I did not, booked flight and hotel separate mostly because I was using miles and vouchers for the flight.
We booked through Redtag and got it for $950.00 for a week....they were the cheapest i have found. Cant wait leave in 2 days!!!
