I am still loving the fact that I booked our October flights for $307 each. I've kept an eye on things regularly and have yet to see anything close to that price. The same flight today is listed at $746. In years past, we've never paid less than $450. It just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. One month out and we'll be heading down.
Ha. Love the October flight prices this year. We are paying less than ever. Flying two different airlines $150 each on frontier arriving at 8:50am which is crazy in itself that we can get from the northeast to Mexico that early in the day and then $220 each to come back on usair on a Sunday nonetheless. So $370 each is our best ever! Makes me worry that we will be the only ones in Mexico (or they cancel our flight) based on the seat availability I see when looking at the online flight seating charts.

I would be so upset if you guys didn't show up on Tuesday as planned. M
Darin I can't believe it is so much from Texas. We paid $375 U.S. For our flight from Toronto direct. I would have thought that it would be cheaper for such a shorter flight.
I booked the third week of August for mid September. My girlfriend lives in Springfield Il and I live in Dallas Tx, I got her flight round trip for 380.00 It cost me 525.00 for the same flight. Her flight always has a layover in Dallas. It always costs more to fly out of DFW for some reason.
I know. Last year we could've drove down to Austin and flew back to dfw and got on the same exact flight for $120 cheaper. Explain to me how that works?
I know, and trying to fly southwest out of Love Field isn't any better. I looked at it every way I could to get me there cheaper, but I didn't want her to be on a different flight than her I so I had to pay the extra. I use airfarewatchdog to monitor flights for me, but getting her here adds a wrinkle I know most don't have to deal with. She flies out of a regional airport and our only option is american with only 2 flights coming to dfw a day.
We are with you on the early flights - we got our round trip on United for $325.00 each - we normally pay just above that at $350.00 ish so this was a good deal for us this Oct. When we go in May they want closer to $400.00 ish, so I like Oct. prices better! Chris & Tracy
We paid $359 each for R/T direct on JetBlue out of JFK and thought it was a great deal. Could've gotten it cheaper with a layover in Miami or on an airline with smaller seat but the husband is over 6'5 so we need all the legroom we can get. Can't believe how pricey it is from TX!
