I booked through Temptation website with free roundtrip transportation. I have given them my flight numbers by phone but have not received any information about the transportation details. Should I trust them or just arrange with USA Transfers?
This happened to us in 2019. I wrote back to confirm and the reservation hadn't gone through so we fixed it then. Better be safe and check with them. The SUV private transfer is a nice add-on to the trip and you have it for FREE. So why not use it. I'd use the transfer money on a nice bottle of wine for a special dinner, but that's just me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
