Is there more than one person hosting the Boobs Cruise and which one is the best? Also what time of year is the cheapest to travel to TTR and also the least crowded?
There is only 1 Boobs Cruise and Steve puts it on (the owner of this site). It's only planned a month before hand, so you have to watch the threads and then reserve your spot. The summer months are generally the cheapest to travel to TTR. It's considered the "low" season from June until September I believe. Even during these months it can be close to full to half full depending on the week.
Also if you book through alpharooms use the link here on the Cancuncare.com site. I have found it to be the least expensive twice so far. Once was with their screw up last year and at prices never to be seen again. Steve always has someone/people that is/are more than capable to handle the crowd and get the party going on the cruise so no need to worry. Whatever you spend, you will enjoy it and be looking for your next trip back as soon as you step foot off the resort.
