Sunscreen for the lips! Totally burned the crap out of them on one trip and drinking threw a straw was even difficult ! Money for tips! The crew totally make the trip fun and exciting! They all work hard!

The guys don't collect tips during the day, you don't need to tip drink by drink. At the end of the cruise the staff will have a collection, the tips get shared between all the crew members, DJ and Ents staff - normally about 8 people. A good tip is $20 per couple, feel free to give more or less depending on how good you think the service was.
In the theme of "Always be prepared," you may want to consider bringing something for the running buffet.
