Starting with the cruise on the 22nd July onwards we will be meeting up at Paty O Bar at 10.00am instead of the usual 9:30am. We'll get back at 5:30pm instead of the usual 5:00pm. When the clocks change in October we'll go back to a 9:30am start getting back at 5pm, since it will be dark by 5:30. ========================================= Reason: We've had some complaints from other boats using the beach club about the nudity and coarse language over the microphone during the lunch time games. As a result we've been asked to make our lunch time later so that the complainants will be gone before we get there. This means that for the last few cruises we've done the downtown stop before lunch. I always think it works better if we do the downtown stop after lunch - the live band is usually on at the bar we visit whereas they may not be if we visit earlier and hungry people were buying food when they could wait a little and have the included food at the beach club. By staggering all the times by half an hour it means we can have a slightly later lunch and fit the downtown stop in before we head back to Cancun. It will also mean everyone has an extra half hour to sleep in and/or grab breakfast and maybe reduce the no show rate due to oversleeping. Plus we'll be boarding the boat when there is no one else around on the dock which will avoid us pushing past the lines for the boring boats.
Makes sense, I was confi=used when we stopped downtown before lunch (food before all the heat and walking after all the alcohol much better idea) Chanda was getting kinda loopy before lunch, just sayin'
On a related note. Omar has quit his job at Desire and wants to come back to work on the Boobs Cruise again. I cant get him in right now as it would be unfair to let any of our current Ents staff go, but he will be back as soon as a vacancy arises and will be filling in if any of our team cant make it one day.
We loved Omar on our first cruise and Dario was awesome on the second! We ran into Dario at the resort the next day, really a stand up guy.
