I’m thinking, main buffet, would be well dodgy, regarding cross contamination...

Is there a fruit area, I could aim for, before anyone else? Or bring my own....

Why do you think it "would be well dodgy"?

I’m celiac, but I have no real issues with cross contamination. The buffet was Mexican food I think, usually not many gluten ingredients.8(7.

Because of cross contamination, from drunk people.... no offence intended, Steve, sorry... I had thought, I had made myself clear in the main post. The food is fantastic, on the island! Unfortunately, I need to watch out for cross contamination, by drunk people...

I have a sister that is highly sensitive to Gluten. She has educated us to understand that many ingredients in dressings and sauces used in the preparation of otherwise non gluten foods can result in result in gluten "contaminated" foods. Contamination is probably not the best word as it might be misunderstood to indicate some fault or mismanagement by the food staff. This would only be true if the food was declared to be gluten free. Otherwise those sauces and dressings contain these ingredients by design
