Mine is a mixture. At the moment I am 100% natural.... but I would like to get about a 30-40% reduction and have that replaced with an under muscle implant at some point during the future. I'm hoping they will be a little smaller than the currently are but will sit up a bit higher.

Yes i have had a boob job, love it. I did it for myself, not for anyone else. Would do it again in a heartbeat
yep!! love it! wainted forever for the things to grow which they never did! out of 4 girls in the family i was the only one who got short changed!! so i did it about 27 years ago. had them replaced about 5 went larger because the body changed after having the 4 boys. never have regretted it for a min.
My are natural and I have no desire for an enhancement. I've seen beautiful natural and I've seen beautiful implants. Best thing about TTR doesn't matter they are all beautiful
That is exactly what I had done. Reduction 11 years ago a then implants 2 years ago for added fullness. I love it and the only regret is not doing it sooner. PS hubby loves it too!! Lorie
I have big ol' fake boobies and I love them! And thankfully I had an amazing surgeon so it's almost impossible to tell they're fakes. Debating going for round 2 at some point.
