I have a problem with motion sickness, if I take gravol beforehand, will I still have a terrible time? Aka, how choppy is the water usually? Is it in a bay or open ocean?

Also, neither of us really drinks, we may have drinks a couple days on resort, but generally, we don't drink at all.

My partner doesn't really swim, she wades, so snorkeling and things like that is out of question for her.

Am thinking the boob Cruise isn't for us but wanted to ask just to make sure as I have read many times that it is a must do activity, however, nobody ever talks about the details like sea sickness or being around excessively drunk people all day...

    Thanks for your time!

Edit: Thanks everyone, looks like a pass for us...

Most of the time it isn't choppy, and since it is a large catamaran it is even more stable. Many stand up the entire time. They usually sail along the coast for a bit and then over to the island, so I'm not really sure if this qualifies as open ocean or not. Have never seen anyone have a problem on the Boobs Cruise that was not self inflicted.

Well I guess the real question should be, what do you expect out of it? Steve has a great video of a tame version of what to expect on this site somewhere.

As far as drinking is concerned, bring a couple extra bottles of it with you. For the alcohol? Well we never had a cup that went empty. Something I think they take pride in I’m sure.

    There will be nudity.
There will be “motion in the ocean”.
There will be loud funky music that may cause involuntary hip gyrations.
There will be shots. Which may cause your fun glands to increase in size. This effect IS temporary. Though increasing dosage increases glandular expansion.
There will be games. Kind of like Simon Says meets Dirk Diggler meets Fireball.

And, there is always a safe space in the back of the boat where you can just enjoy the ride and watch the party.

However, if none of the above appeals to you, there’s always the Booze Cruise. Or you can just sign out a kayak.

I am saying this is the nicest way possible in your best interest, and for clarity's sake. The Boobs Cruise might not be for you.

We both have been on the cruise several times and have not gotten into the water for swimming or snorkeling. It's up to you if you want to or not. My husband tends to have motion sickness and typically will take a Dramamine before the cruise and has never had any issues. (...okay once he was sick but it was his own fault from the prior night of overload drinking) I think if you want to drink or not it is up to you... might suggest to hide out from a few of the crazy entertainment staff so your not in the line of fire and are "picked" as a good subject :)

We would definitely recommend the cruise!!! It is super fun and a great way to meet new people!!!

Sorry. I have to keep it real here. People love the Boobs Cruise. We love the Boobs Cruise. We love Steve, the owner of the site and runner of the Boobs Cruise. But the boobs cruise isn't for everyone. Naturally most people on here are going to say go for it but...

You have quite a good list of reasons it might not be right for you.

I have gotten sea sick on the boobs cruise. The boat does rock. How much depends on the day. Since getting sick though I have always taken non drowsy dramamine and been fine. I think each person is different so it depends on your wives success with sea sickness medicine in the past.

Will she be nervous being on a boat when she can't swim? If so the stress isn't worth it. You don't have to go swimming to have fun so it really depends on the nerves factor effecting her ability to have fun.

And since you mention being around excessively drunk people all day while you won't drink I am assuming that is a concern. That is definitely going to happen. So if that type of stuff bothers you then maybe won't be right for you.

Sorry all. I would want this advice if in their shoes.

Along the same lines, have you ever been to Temptation? I only ask because if you don't drink and you have an issue being around intoxicated people and you don't like EDM music (saw that in another post) then this may not be your place.

This place is not for everyone and sometimes travel agents don't inform their customers correctly. It really is "spring break for adults!"

I have a question about how far in advance the cruise fills up. I know that it depends on time of year, group, etc but as a general rule how far out in advance does one need to book? From everything I have read, this is an absolute 'do not miss' activity.

We are coming for our first trip to TTR April 20-24 and I am not sure if my wife is going to be partaking in the toplessness (she tells me no, I have a sneaking suspicion that she will). We did a similar type cruise in Jamaica minus the nudity and had a blast. We both suffer from a little bit of FOMO and I am wondering if we get there and she embraces everything that TTR has to offer and we want to sign up, will it be too late? Should I go ahead and sign up now as to not miss out and try and get a refund/eat the money as a cost of doing business?

    Any advice would be great.

I am expecting Temptations to be tame compared to Hedo and the swingers cruise but we shall see...

It's not often I meet older folks into EDM truth be told, certainly not alone in those feelings. It's a tough job pleasing different generations when you are a DJ. In that thread you are commenting on, op and their circle were unhappy with the choice while I would suspect others were just fine with it.
