Hi all, It's our first trip Nov 18-27th and we are both very excited about it! I've tried to get my boyfriend involved in this site, but he just hasn't got the bug. I, on the other hand, check it daily! You all have been so welcoming and entertaining and I can't wait to experience it all in person. May have some lifers around the corner. Speaking of lifers, it's his big 4-0 while we are there (22nd) - Luckily, I have some time before I hit that milestone. Anyways, I was curious if the resort does anything to celebrate birthdays? Or if I should be buying him some fancy birthday swim trunks and a sache? I'm only slightly kidding... a little attention never hurt anyone I just want to make sure he has a great trip and even better birthday (if there's any ladies - single or half of a couple - that would like to help me in this, feel free to message me ).
The resort might decorate the room if you let them know when you check-in, or maybe you go to the desk on your own(without him knowing) to let them know. Or maybe tell the housekeeper directly in the morning and maybe they will do something. Other then that, and writing happy birthday on your desert plate, I don't think they do too much. I feel like it is more the individual groups that will do something for someone, or let the bartenders know. I was there for my 35th last year. I was very happy that is coincidentally on super hero night. However, I learned that I am not in fact superman, and my flight back to my room was partially spent crawling on all fours. (I feel like letting people know it is actually your birthday can be a recipe for disaster).
His magically falls on lingerie night, you guys have it tough! Too bad you didn't forsee enough to be some sort of four legged super hero lol. Thanks for the info! ps - I enjoyed reading your trip report
Make sure to go on a Boobs Cruise if one is running and let Chino's know its your birthday, they will sing a happy birthday song for you. T

We were there for Ira's Birthday last year. They decorated the room a little for us and I got him a hat that said 'it's my mother fucking birthday' It was a great day Nikki
