   Anyone seen this Bicentennial tower monument delayed in Mexico | La Plaza | Los Angeles Times
   
   It really is a tribute to Mexican efficiency and planning - their bicentennial tower will be finished 2 years late - :icon_razz:
   
   You would think they would just stop building it! Too funny!

   I love how they haven't even gotten permits to build the Bicentennial Plaza. Awesome.
