Yes, in the Post index columns, New Posts for example and others, you'll see columns to right for #'s of Replies and Views for each original post.

We've met gay guys that have become some of our best friends at TTR, and we always find bi girls. We love Chicago and visit often (Boys Town, Three dots & A Dash, Red Headed Piano Bar, etc.).
Oh very cool! Yeah we’ve seen/met some gay guys and girls on our last couple trips, but nothing “ever came of it” LOL. Would be kinda fun if like a wife was like (to her bi husband)…”go, go have some fun with the boys” LOL

I'm not sure the view count in relation to PMs or how many people have interest has a correlation. I personally click on threads that I am not a part of just to see if there is anything funny/interesting in them. Sometimes I look though random roll calls, and I also just click on some stuff so it marks it as "viewed".
