Cancun was so last minute for me, I havent worked out since summer, just been drinking cold ones and watching Football.

Anybody have a fool proof diet/ workout routine? At least to lose this beer belly?

High protein, low carbs sugars, alot of vegetables and fruits.
Gym atleast 4x a week... back biceps, chest triceps, shoulders traps abs , legs abs you can mix them up as long as you do it scheduled monday tuesday thurs friday
    Cardio 3x a week
15 degree incline on the treadmill at 3.7mph for 30 min shreds fat thats what I do it is hard at first you can start at 2.8 - 3.0 mph though

Animal cuts works really well as a fat burner the only downside is that its alot of pills...

I have been training hard since september and already made my goal at 225 all muscle so i might try for 235 not sure though. Keep me posted with your results.

TMBC- Great Advice, will start on the cardio asap exactly how you stated. As LDN also pointed out, i have been eating small portions and no sugars at all. I am probably close to 19-21% bodyfat. I usually work one body part a day when im training, but i felt like i plateud the whole summer, so maybe working a push and a pull in the same day will help me get out of the rutt i was feeling. Will keep you posted

Diet: Meat, Vegetables, Nut & Seeds, some Fruit, little Starch, and NO sugar. Drink water. Try to eat fresh produce & stay away from processed foods. Look up 'Paleolithic Diet'.

Exercise: Anything that can be done at high intensity i.e. squats, sit-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, burpees, running, jumping etc.

    Good luck with it mate.
