Hey guys! We're first timers living in the Yucatan, and we were told that there are some ways to get deals/discounts on room rates etc. What's the best way to do this? We're looking forward to our first trip!
Book to Temptation? Use a referral or find the cheapest off site quote...trivago, priceline, expedia, etc. Screen shot the final price, including taxes, then contact the resort (monday-friday, business hours). You will need the same dates and room category. Temptation will match the lowest price you can find. You will have to email them the screen shot of the the final price. They will tell you that they need to have supervisor approval and it will take a day. (i think they go on the website and duplicate the price) Normally, they will not call back, so call and check the status of your price match, it will be approved then. We have since became members and now book through the Premier website.
