Hello! We are first timers looking for the best time to head down there. Since we have kids, we are looking at August or October. Does anyone have experience going in these 2 times? We don't mind a little rain, but would postpone if we would get rained out every day; we want to enjoy the Boobs Cruise to the fullest! :sunny: Can't wait to make new friends!!
August is dead on hurricane season so...But Oct is technically also hurricane season. But there may be no hurricane at all.
I'm not sure that there's a bad time. I would probably break the year into three categories; good, great and outstanding. IMO, and I'm sure others would have a different opinion, I would say that March - June would be the outstanding months. December - February and July would be great and the others would be good. We like it when it's really crowded. Others may prefer the months when there's a smaller crowd.
Well, we have noticed all the people going in July too! We would prefer a large crowd, maybe we need to consider July..

You can go anywhere in August and have great weather, even STL has great weather in August. October in Cancun is awesome.
July is a great time. twice we have been to Temptations at the end of July and it was beautiful. It Rained twice the first time but only for a few minutes which the Caribbean calls "Liquid Sunshine". On our second trip it rained once while we were having dinner and that was it. Plenty of people go and most are returning visitors and friends that we still keep in touch since 2010 and 2013. We'll be returning this July with A LOT of the same repeaters! July is a great time and a non stop party atmosphere, with tons of participation for theme nights! Last year we had about 40-50 people for the Toy exchange party. i doubt anyone who goes in July would disagree with this :-D C&D
