Hi all- just got back from our first trip to TTR. Already looking to book our return for fall of this year :huepfen013: Curious as to which weeks are the best for booking in the month of October... All opinions/advice welcome. Thanks! artyhorn:
Well, that depends on how much fun you want to have - the first week of October is Octoberbreast, and it is AMAZING! I would HIGHLY recommend. The weather is great, the people are great... you can't go wrong.
I'm going to second Octoberbreast! Most fun I've ever had in my whole life. Doing it again this year so we will hopefully see ya there. Nikki
What goes on at Octoberbreast then? I can't get into the forum topic for some reason! We're there from the 5th - 19th and have never been anywhere like this before!
We have never been in October before, so it will be interesting to see how much fun the first 2 weeks of October are compared to first weeks of December. We can't wait to get back to TTR:lotsofmichaelfs: Another 3 boobs cruises too we hope!
Just my opinion, but the first 10 days of October are typically the "Octoberbreast" crowd. They are a younger and racier crowd that parties hard. The last 7 days of October are the "Hotties and Hellraisers". They are made up of a diverse crowd of people that are at TTR for Halloween week celebrations. Wedged in the middle of the month, we'll just call it the 10th thru the 24th, is the "Wedgies". We are a little more chill. Not much of an identity, but made up of super nice people that just want to socialize at the pool and dance the night away at Paty'O's! We do various theme nights and just have a great time! Joe
Octoberbreast is pretty diverse. We have couples from their 20's all the way up to 60's. It is hard partying group. They go all day long in the pool and carry over to PattyO's. But the hard partying might not go until sun up like some other groups. The weather is great during that time also with the days lasting a little longer. That allows for great pool time.
We avoid booking on or around Wilma's anniversary (October 21). Call it superstitious or whatever, we just don't go then.
