Can you tip to get a better room location at Temptation? Not really. You can ask about the jacazi suit and bargain on the price. If you don't like your room, ask for a different location. As long as they aren't full they will normally move you. One last thing is wifi free with your own laptop - No. It sounds like they are going through different wifi suppliers right now and it's a hassle just to pay for wifi. Wifi is free for members though.
