Trying to find out the best way to contact the resort to possibly request our room be away from the party area. Any suggestions?
Probably best to phone them direct? But, as with all hotels world wide, making special requests doesnt mean you will for sure get the room you want, so make sure to pack some ear plugs or something of the like. I do not know their number though, im sure somebody on here can give it to you. Good luck with your requesting.
Request a room at the quiet pool if that is what you are looking for.It's very peaceful on that side.
I wouldn't bother trying to make a special request before you get there. We've put special requests in our online check-in multiple times, but there is never a record of the request when we get there. That being said, when we've made a request upon check-in it's always been no problem. And I've heard of many others with the same experience. Bottom line is that the resort will do everything they can to get you into a room that works for you... but don't bother trying to arrange it before you get there!
Pretty much what everybody else said... I will however be doing anything I can to try and request our room we had in september again... Before I get there and when I get there... We loved it that much.. (In building by the quiet pool). I'll make notes in my reservation, i'll email the hotel, and i'll call the hotel. Then on check in, i'll bribe if I have to lol.
We were in Room 5333 the bed wasn't great but was very quiet all the time.. We are going back in Apr and have booked an ocean view this time . I hope it is as quiet as this one way.
We had our travel agent reques a roon on the quite side and we got it with no issues loved the room. We had room 1203 great for balcony shows as well
We had 1261.. Great ocean view, and people on the beach/docks love the shows from the shower/tub.. :bj:
Nice take it you had a shower tha faces out? We used the balcony and that worked well just have to use a few chair and table for her so all could see but that just added some fun to it
