Best company to book with for prices :-)

Can anyone pass on their advise on the cheapest companies to book with please, looking to book trip number 2 in November and hunting the web. Who are the best you have found so far

We get the best prices from alpharooms.com from the states too. Customer service is a bit lacking, but the rates are great. We just book the hotel with them and get air elsewhere.

 

We used alpharooms.com this year hotel, airfare, & private transfer as a package and it was cheaper than anywhere else and coming from USA. We'll see how it goes.

 

I've used orbitz a few times, they always manage to beat most prices.

 

For us alpha rooms, for the room only in late September is just over $1200, U.S. Orbitz, with the "150vaca" discount is $1800, airfare and room. So the package is best for us as we do not have many frequent flier miles.

 

Thanks everyone, did try both but for UK they were quite dear did online searches in the end through purple and got a good deal for November. 2 nd visit roll on can't wait ;-)

 

We finally booked for Sept from Canada and prices were up $300 per couple from last year.

 

Just be careful when booking through Alpharooms. I used them to book my flight + hotel this past March. While they were definitely cheaper, they failed to notify me when my outbound flight details changed. When I complained, they claimed it was the airlines' responsibility. US Airways denied this as the flight was booked through Alpharooms.
